Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, undamaged, with original packaging and all components included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To make an exchange, return your item (once approved), and place a new order separately.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
