• Orders placed before 1pm PT ship same business day
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
• Priority delivery available at checkout: 1–2 business days

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Most orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority depending on your location.

International

We currently ship within the US only. International expansion is on the roadmap for late 2026.

Packaging

Each Pillura Stretch™ ships flat in a recycled-cardboard box with the heated lumbar pillow + remote nestled inside. The whole package is about the size of a small suitcase — fits a normal porch or apartment hallway delivery.
